The clearinghouse model allows the reconfiguration of the helping resources map by including the intangible resources of the church—the knowledge, skills, and talents of God’s people.
WHO WE ARE
Love INC of Greater O’Brien County is a partnership of churches uniting to help resolve needs in our community.
Love INC doesn't take the place of the local church or exist apart from it. Rather, we provide an additional platform for churches to connect with those in need in the community. We operate through a clearinghouse model, connecting people with available resources—often local churches or Christian volunteers who desire additional opportunities to serve people in our community.
Without Love INC
Churches serve their communities in different ways. One area may have a financial literacy program, while another has housing assistance. Yet, when care is not coordinated, needs can be overlooked or duplicated, and people are not served in a holistic manner.
With Love INC
Love INC fosters collaboration and organizes holistic care to help churches serve their neighbors through resources and relationships. By networking churches together, each church is able to lean into their strengths, knowing that their neighbors will be cared for by the body of Christ within their community.
